Bev Fox


Bev Fox is co-founder of The Suggestibles, playing with the group since 2003.

She's an award winning film-maker and Director of Magic If (a film and multi-media event production company that she runs with long-term partner and fello Suggestible, Ian McLaughlin) and directs all of the Suggestibles videos.

Her improv credentials go back miles. She trained in Canada with improv guru and author Keith Johnstone, performing throughout the 90's in London with Theatresports, Late at the Gate, Spontaneous Combustion, The Comedy Store Players, Eddie Izzard and Improbabble.


She was member of the Impro Musical Company for twelve years (the first company in the world to create a fully improvised musical and to play a West End Theatre. The show was adapted as the Bootleg Broadway Show for ITV and BBC Radio 4. 

Most recently she played Augusta, the wicked stepmun in The Glass Slipper at Northern Stage, Junkie in feature film Frank and Beth in The Alexander Wilson Project at Live Theatre.
