Cancellations and Refunds


  • To cancel your booking, please email

  • You will also find a number to text at short notice in your booking confirmation email.

  • You need to give 7 days notice to cancel your booking to receive a refund

  • Refunds are not automated and need to be done manually. We aim to do this within 7 days but please allow 14 days. While it leaves our account instantly, it may take longer for your bank or card to process it at their end. If you haven't received it by 14 days, please get in touch.

  • We can only refund or exchange tickets booked directly with us. We are not responsible for tickets booked with partner venues.

In the unlikely event we need to cancel or postpone a show:

  • We will inform you as soon as possible by way of the contact information you provide when you book.

  • You will be offered a full refund or a transfer to a suitable event or a voucher to use on another event. Whichever you prefer. 

  • We are not liable for travel expenses, or any other out-of-pocket expenses in respect of cancelled performances.
